City Manager to Provide Storm Update 

City Manager Ed Kitchen will provide an update of city services at a press conference to be held at 4 pm today (Thursday) in the Justice Complex at 1201 Coliseum Blvd. At that time, police and fire officials will have completed initial damage assessments from this morning's storm and Kitchen will report their findings.
