Notice of Untreated Sewage Discharge 

The City of Greensboro had a discharge of approximately 2,000 gallons of untreated wastewater from our sewer main located at Halifax Road and Gentry Street. The discharge occurred on June 29 for approximately two hours due to heavy rainfall. The untreated wastewater entered South Buffalo creek of the Cape Fear river basin. The line was rodded to prevent further discharge.
