The City of Greensboro had a discharge of approximately 3,000 gallons of untreated wastewater from our sewer main located at 1216 Boston Road. The discharge occurred on July 2 for approximately three hours due to roots and mud. The untreated wastewater entered South Buffalo creek of the Cape Fear river basin. The main was rodded to prevent further discharge.
