SCAT Forum Meetings Set 

The Greensboro Transit Authority has scheduled a series of community meetings on its SCAT (Specialized Community Area Transit) paratransit services. The SCAT Forum is designed to gather information and feedback from SCAT riders, as well as provide the opportunity for open dialogue between riders, agency representatives, SCAT drivers, and GTA representatives.

The first meeting will be held Friday, January 12, from 1 to 3 pm in the City Council Chambers, second floor of the Melvin Municipal Office Building in downtown Greensboro. The topic of this meeting will be the SCAT certification process.

The second meeting will be held Tuesday, January 16, from 6:30 to 8:30 pm in the Greensboro Public Library Nussbaum Room. The topic of this meeting will be SCAT services. Additional meetings will be scheduled for late January/early February.
