Notice of Untreated Sewage Discharge 

The City of Greensboro had a discharge of approximately 1000 gallons of untreated wastewater from our sewer main located at 6208 Lea Ray Drive. The discharge occurred on March 24 for approximately two hours due to accumulation of paper and rags. The untreated wastewater entered North Buffalo creek of the Haw River river basin. The blockage was unstopped by using a Rodder Truck to prevent further discharge.

This notice was issued in compliance with North Carolina General Statutes Article 21, Chapter 143.215.C.
