Greensboro City Council District 2 Meeting to Be Held June 13

On Thursday, June 13 at 6 pm, the Greensboro City Council will hold a meeting in Council District 2 at Smith Senior Recreation Center, 2401 Fairview Street. The purpose of scheduling Council meetings within districts is to make it convenient for residents to attend while providing them with an opportunity to learn about issues in their area. Citizens are encouraged to attend and bring their questions, ideas and concerns to Council, including their district Council member Claudette Burroughs-White.

The agenda for Tuesday night's meeting will include updates on the current status of the White Street Landfill, crime in the district and inspections code enforcement. There will also be time for citizen input.
