GTA Fare and Route Changes Begin in January

Greensboro Transit Authority (GTA) fares will change beginning January 1. New rates are as follows:

Two new passes will also be available - the Adult All Day Pass will be $2.50 and the Disability All Day Pass will be $1.25.

A new service change will take effect on January 5. The Route 6 Summit Avenue bus will begin serving the Guilford County Department of Social Services at its new location at 1203 Maple Street. Bus service will be provided every 30 minutes Monday - Friday from 6 am to 6:25 pm. Route 3 North Elm/Church Street will continue to serve clients needing transportation to the old facility located at 301 North Eugene Street until it closes.
