Community Emergency Preparedness Workshop Scheduled

GREENSBORO, NC -- (December 4, 2006) – Would you know what to do if a natural disaster or other emergency struck our community? Would you know how to protect yourself and your family?

City of Greensboro emergency preparedness representatives will show you what steps to take in emergency situations and how to get prepared during a Community Emergency Preparedness Workshop on December 9 at the Warnersville Community Center, 601 Doak Street, from 10 am to 12 noon. Everyone is invited.

The workshop will include presentations by the Greensboro Fire Department and Guilford Metro 9-1-1.
