The enabling ordinance to create neighborhood conservation overlay districts (NCOs) in Greensboro will be heard at the City Council meeting on Tuesday, April 17. This public meeting will be held in Council Chamber, Melvin Municipal Office Building, 300 W. Washington Street. All City Council meetings begin at 5:30 pm.
