Market Street Lane Closures

GREENSBORO -- The City of Greensboro Department of Transportation (GDOT) has announced the immediate temporary closure of the right-hand lane of Market Street from Eugene Street to Elm Street in downtown Greensboro.  The closure is required for Bell South to conduct emergency underground utility repair. 

The lane is tentatively scheduled to reopen on Friday, April 20. Depending on the severity of the repair work, the closure could be extended beyond Friday. Motorists are asked to use caution in this area and obey posted signs.
