Lake Higgins Watershed Park Closed to Boat Launching

GREENSBORO -- (September 11, 2007) -- Due to the ongoing drought conditions, Lake Higgins Watershed Park is now closed to boat launching from the ramp. Canoes, kayaks, and rowboats may still be launched from the banks of the lake.
