Día de los niños/Día de los Libros Features Remi the Clown

Día de los niños/Día de los Libros (Children’s Day/Book Day) is an annual celebration of children, families, and reading. The celebration emphasizes the importance of advocating literacy for children of all linguistic and cultural backgrounds.
Children are invited to the Glenwood Branch of the Greensboro Public Library at 2 pm on Saturday, April 28 to enjoy international singer/storyteller Remi the Clown. Host of “El Planeta de Remi,” a popular children’s television show in Puerto Rico, Remi will perform stories, songs and lead children in art activities.
