Upcoming Forums to Educate Public About Gangs

GREENSBORO, NC – (May 19, 2008) – The Greensboro Police Department has scheduled two more of the highly popular Gang Awareness Educational Forums on May 27 and August 26.

Parents, grandparents, caregivers and those who work with children and teenagers are encouraged to attend either of these free presentations to learn how to identify the warning signs of gang involvement, as well as how to determine the best course of action to take when faced with this issue.

Both forums will take place in the Council Chamber of the Melvin Municipal Office Building, 300 W. Washington St., from 6:30-8:30 pm.
