Homicide Suspect Apprehended

GREENSBORO -- (August 28, 2008) -- Scotty Lamont Brice Jr., a suspect in the murder of Elio Charcon Anderson Jr., was apprehended today by Charlotte Mecklenburg Police. The homicide occurred on August 21 at 2223 Acorn Road.

A warrant for first-degree murder and additional warrants were issued on August 22.

Greensboro Police are continuing their investigation. Anyone with information about the case is asked to call the GPD Criminal Investigation Division at 373-2255 or Crime Stoppers at 373-1000.
