Upcoming Forum to Educate Public About Gangs

GREENSBORO, NC – (August 11, 2008) – The Greensboro Police Department has scheduled another of the highly popular Gang Awareness Educational Forums on Tuesday, August 26.

Parents, grandparents, caregivers and those who work with children and teenagers are encouraged to attend this free presentation to learn how to identify the warning signs of gang involvement, as well as how to determine the best course of action to take when faced with this issue.

The forum will take place in the Council Chamber of the Melvin Municipal Office Building, 300 W. Washington St., from 6:30-8:30 pm.
