GREENSBORO, NC -- (November 26, 2008) – The Greensboro Historical Museum’s Kids Club and Bright Star Children’s Theater will bring two classic children stories to life on Sunday, December 7, at the Greensboro Historical Museum, 130 Summit Ave.

Bright Star, a national touring theater company, will present “Once Upon a Time” and “A Dickens Tale” in a fun and lively way that gets children involved in the action. “Once Upon a Time,” which tells the story of “Jack and the Beanstalk” and “Cinderella,” will begin at 2 pm, followed by “A Dickens Tale,” the holiday classic based on Charles Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol,” at 4 pm. Tickets to each show cost $5 per person.

The plays are part of the Museum’s Kids Club, a program that introduces children to history through innovative, lively events.
