Coliseum to Host 111th Annual Central Carolina Fair

GREENSBORO, NC -- (August 31, 2009) -- The 111th annual Central Carolina Fair will light up the sky around the Greensboro Coliseum Complex, 1921 W. Lee St., once again this fall from Friday, September 11, through Sunday, September 20. The fair will feature spectacular rides, carnival food and games, thousands of exhibits by local 4H groups, as well as entertainment for all ages.

The fair will be held:

Friday, September 11, 5-11 pm
Saturday, September 12. 10 am to 11 pm
Sunday, September 13, 1-11 pm
Monday, September 14 - Friday, September 18, 5-11 pm
Saturday, September 19, 10 am to 11 pm
Sunday, September 20, 1-6 pm

Admission is free on opening night, Friday, September 11. Regular admission is $5 for adults and free for seniors and children 10 and younger. Unlimited ride wristbands can be purchased for $20 for adults and $15 for children 10 and younger. After 8 pm each Saturday, admission and an unlimited wristband can be purchased for $25.
