Council to Hold Special Meeting on Proposed Downtown Development
GREENSBORO, NC – (January 23, 2009)-- At the request of Council Member Zack Matheny and with the approval of Mayor Yvonne Johnson, a special meeting will be held to consider a resolution in support of Lindbrook Development Services request for an economic development incentive grant and property conveyance on S. Elm Street in downtown Greensboro.
The special meeting will be held on Tuesday, January 27, at 5 pm by the Greensboro City Council in the Council Chamber in the Melvin Municipal Office Building at 300 W. Washington St.
The public hearing on this item will go forward at the City Council’s next regular meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 3, in the Council Chamber in the Melvin Municipal Office Building, 300 W. Washington St. The public hearing will be to receive information and public comment on the subject matter.
