Council to Hold Press Conference Announcing New City Manager
GREENSBORO, NC -- (August 28, 2009) – Greensboro City Council will hold a press conference Tuesday, September 1, immediately following a special City Council meeting at 8 am, to announce the new city manager. The conference will be held in the Plaza Level Conference Room of the Melvin Municipal Office Building, 300 W. Washington St.
Council began the search for a new city manager in March of this year. More than 100 applications from across the US were submitted for the position.
