City’s Interactive Zoning Map Allows Residents to View Proposed Changes

GREENSBORO, NC -- (October 12, 2009) – Interested in seeing what impact the draft Land Development Ordinance (LDO) and proposed city-wide rezoning will have on your property? Visit the City of Greensboro’s interactive zoning map at www.greensboro-nc.gov/ldo to view the latest information related to the proposed rezoning.

The proposed rezoning, which is included in the draft LDO, the source for standards and regulations related to land-use and development in the city, will make limited changes to existing zoning districts. A public hearing on the matter is tentatively scheduled to go before City Council in February 2010.
