All-Sports Summer Camp Now Accepting Applications

GREENSBORO, NC -- (June 29, 2010) -- Now through August 13, the Greensboro Sportsplex is offering an All-Sports Summer Camp for children ages 8-14. Each week, campers will be exposed to two different sports such as volleyball, basketball, soccer, hockey, field hockey, lacrosse, wrestling, dodgeball, and kickball. Campers spend much of their day participating in sports, but also take field trips to the Natural Science Center, the UNC Basketball Museum, city pools, and other local venues.

Campers can be dropped off at 7:30 am and picked up by 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The fee is $75 per week, which includes lunch. There is an additional cost for field trips, if the campers choose to participate.
