Farmers’ Appreciation Day Celebration is September 11

GREENSBORO, NC -- (September 7, 2010) -- Celebrate Farmers' Appreciation Day by joining local farmers for a homemade, southern-style breakfast beginning at 7 am Saturday, September 11, at Greensboro Farmers’ Curb Market, hosted by Friends of the Greensboro Farmers’ Curb Market. The market, a facility of the Greensboro Parks and Recreation Department, is located at 501 Yanceyville St. Hours are 6 am to 12 noon. Parking and admission are free.
