Arrest Made in Teen Shooting
GREENSBORO, NC -- (January 5, 2010) -- Greensboro Police today arrested Reginald Daquan Washington, 17, for the January 3 shooting of a girl outside the East White Oak Recreation Center. He is charged with assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury with intent to kill and is being held in the Guilford County Jail under a $40,000 bond. The investigation is ongoing.
The victim, Deshaun Jandi Harrington, 16, is in stable condition at a local hospital after being shot in the throat at about 1 am Sunday, January 3.
