Barber Park Phase I Grand Opening Slated for March 28
GREENSBORO, NC -- (March 22, 2010) -- Grand opening ceremonies for Barber Park Phase I take place at 2 pm Sunday, March 28, at the park's picnic shelter #6.
Join the festivities and tour the park's new amenities, which include a children's playground, tot lot, six picnic shelters with grills and electricity, and additional parking. A sprayground, which includes a variety of fun water play features, a concession stand and restrooms, will open on Memorial Day weekend. In the meantime, the public is welcome to now enjoy the other new facilities at the park, located at 1500 Dan's Road. For more information, call 336-373-5892.
