Tell Us What Matters to You!

GREENSBORO, NC – (January 28, 2010) – Greensboro City Council and City staff invite you to attend one of a series of community conversations on the City of Greensboro’s FY 2010-11 budget. A meeting will be held in each Council district to provide an opportunity for residents to offer their ideas on the relative value of City services. The full schedule is below.

During these difficult economic times, Council would like the input of their constituents to help set priorities for the coming year. Questions the City is asking of residents include:

  • What do you consider to be the most essential services the City provides?
  • Which services could be reduced with the least impact on the community?
  • What programs and/or services would you like the City to consider adding in the future?

Residents may also respond to these questions by taking an online survey at www.greensboro-nc.gov/BudgetInput and stay informed about the budget process by routinely visiting www.greensboro-nc.gov/BudgetProcess.
