Bur-Mil Park's Annual Fall Festival is October 9

GREENSBORO, NC -- (October 5, 2010) -- Bur-Mil Park, located at 5834 Bur-Mil Club Rd., hosts its annual Fall Festival 10 am to 4 pm Saturday, October 9. Admission is free.

Family activities include hayrides, children’s crafts, face painting, a carnival area, and a pumpkin patch where you can purchase a pumpkin and decorate it for free. More than 40 vendors and exhibitors will be onsite with food, demonstrations, and activities such as wildlife and environmental programs, 4-H Club’s 3-D Dome, Sunshine House activities for children, and the Red Dog Farms animal rescue group. Entertainment includes live music, clogging, and more. Also, the park's Frank Sharpe Jr. Wildlife Education Center will be open for visitors to view live exhibits.
