Circus Animals to Walk Through Greensboro February 9
Greensboro, NC -- (February 8, 2010) -- In anticipation of its February 10-14 performances at the Greensboro Coliseum Complex, animals from Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey's Greatest Show on Earth circus will parade along some Greensboro streets beginning at 11:30 am Tuesday, February 9.
The animals will be unloaded from their traveling train at 11 am near the corner of Lee and Binford streets and will then head east on the Lee Street extension following the railroad tracks before turning south on to Lee Street / High Point Road. Greensboro Police Department will then stop traffic when appropriate so the Grand Animal Walk can cross the road and enter the coliseum's Special Events Center.
