City Wants Your Input on Why Google Should Choose Greensboro
as Testing Site for New Broadband Network

GREENSBORO, NC (February 25, 2010) – If you missed the public meeting last night on why Google should choose Greensboro as a testing site for its new ultra-high speed broadband network, your opinion can still be heard. Share your thoughts with City of Greensboro staff on why Google should come to our city by taking a short survey at www.greensboro-nc.gov/Google

Google is planning to test its ultra-high speed broadband network in a small number of cities across the country. If selected, Google will offer service that is more than 100 times faster than what most Americans have to Greensboro residents at a competitive price.
