City Issues RFP for Bessemer Center Lead Agent
GREENSBORO, NC -- (December 13, 2010) -- The City of Greensboro's Housing and Community Development Department (HCD) has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a lead agent to coordinate redevelopment of the 9.7-acre Bessemer Shopping Center located off Phillips Avenue at Woodbriar Avenue.
