Greensboro Children's Theatre Presents “The Little Princess” October 15-17

GREENSBORO, NC -- (October 11, 2010) -- In celebration of the City Arts Drama Center’s 40th anniversary season, the Greensboro Children’s Theatre presents “The Little Princess” on October 15-17 at the Odell Auditorium, Greensboro College, 815 W. Market Street. Performances are 7:30 pm Friday, October 15, 2 pm and 4:30 pm Saturday, October 16, and 2 pm Sunday, October 17. Tickets are $8 and can be purchased by calling the Triad Stage Box Office at 336-272-0160 or visiting online at www.thedramacenter.com.

Based on the book by Frances Hodgson Burnett, The Little Princess musical features 30 local actors in grades 4-9 and is appropriate for everyone. The story has been made into two movies, one in 1942 starring Shirley Temple and the other in 1995.
