City’s M/WBE Helps Small Businesses ‘Access Success’ with Free Seminar
GREENSBORO, NC (July 26, 2010) – The City of Greensboro’s Minority/Women’s Business Enterprise (M/WBE) Program will host a free Small Business Briefing that will teach entrepreneurs how to market their company during an economic recession. The briefing will be held Thursday, August 5, from 8:30-9:45 am in the Central Library’s Nussbaum Room, 219 N. Church St.
The briefing, part of M/WBE’s quarterly “Access to Success” Small Business series, aims to aid small businesses with knowledge to succeed during economic downturns.
This session features information and tips on what small business owners can do to market their company during a recession while gaining a stronger, larger customer base. Spitfire Marketing & Creative Inc., a woman-owned business, will be the presenter for this session.

Co-sponsors of the event include the Greensboro Area Chamber of Commerce, Guilford Technical Community College’s Small Business Center, the Greensboro Public Library, and the Nussbaum Center for Entrepreneurship.
