17th Annual NC New Play Project Kicks Off April 15

GREENSBORO, NC -- (April 12, 2010) -- Tickets are now on sale for Crier Tuck, the 17th annual NC New Play Project by the Greensboro Playwrights' Forum. Performances are 8 pm Thursday-Saturday, April 15-17, and 2 pm Sunday, April 18, at Greensboro Cultural Center's City Arts Studio Theater. Tickets are $10 and can be purchased online at www.thedramacenter.com or by calling the Triad Stage Box Office at 272-0160.

Crier Tuck is a comedy written by local author Nathan Adam Sullivan. For having his work selected for the New Play Project, Sullivan receives the Mark Gilbert Award -- a $500 prize provided by the Mark Gilbert Estate and the 3rd Stage Theatre Co.
