RUCO Information Session Scheduled for October 3

GREENSBORO, NC – (September 28, 2010) – Renters and landlords are invited to learn more about the Rental Unit Certificate of Occupancy Ordinance (RUCO) at a free information session 2-4 pm Sunday, October 3, in the Central Library’s Nussbaum Room, 219 N. Church St. Topics include:

• Loans for housing repair
• Information on energy grants
• Fair housing law
• Tenant responsibilities
• Landlord responsibilities
• Eviction process.
