Open House Meetings for Greensboro Urban Loop Set for October 18 & 25

GREENSBORO, NC – (October 12, 2010) – The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) invites City of Greensboro residents to participate in meetings to discuss the remaining western and eastern legs of the Greensboro Urban Loop. The eastern loop pre-hearing open house is 4:30-6:30 pm Monday, October 18, at Northeast Guilford High School. The western loop pre-hearing is 4:30-6:30 pm Monday, October 25, at Bur-Mil Park Clubhouse.

Representatives from NCDOT will be available to answer questions and address comments regarding the proposed projects. Formal public hearings for the respective projects, consisting of detailed explanations of the proposed corridors, will follow each open house starting at 7 pm.
