GREENSBORO, NC (February 18, 2011) – The Triad Business Journal has recognized Greensboro City Manager Rashad Young as one of its 40 Leaders Under Forty for 2011. The leaders, all under the age of 40, were selected for their contributions to their profession and to the community.
