Traffic Alert Set for Coliseum March 26
GREENSBORO, NC -- (March 25, 2011) -- Due to anticipated capacity crowds for events at the Greensboro Coliseum Saturday, March 26, the Greensboro Police Department (GPD) advises patrons to arrive 90 minutes prior to event start times and carpool if possible. Parking lots open at 4 pm.
GPD will manage major intersections in the vicinity of the Coliseum and use variable messaging systems to advise motorists of parking and traffic information. Drivers are encouraged to use the Lee Street parking lot at the corner of Lee and Coliseum Boulevard.
