Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band to Perform in Greensboro
GREENSBORO, NC -- (January 29, 2009) --Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band will bring their “Working on a Dream” tour to the Greensboro Coliseum on Saturday, May 2, at 7:30 pm. This will be the tour’s only stop in the Carolinas.
Tickets, which range from $65-$95, go on sale Friday, February 6, at 10 am and can be purchased at ticketmaster.com and all Ticketmaster outlets including area Lowes Foods, FYE and Macy’s stores. Tickets can also be purchased by phone at 1-800-745-3000 or at the Greensboro Coliseum box office.
Two types of tickets will be offered: general admission tickets on the arena floor that allow patrons to stand, club-style, in a relaxed atmosphere, and reserved arena seating around the perimeter of the Coliseum in the lower and upper bowls.
The May 2 concert will mark Springsteen’s seventh appearance at the Greensboro Coliseum, including a two-night stand in 1985 from January 18-19, when he performed for more than 30,000 fans.
