City Receives Six Proposals for Municipal Solid Waste RFP
GREENSBORO, NC (March 8, 2011) – The City of Greensboro has received six proposals as part of its request for municipal solid waste management services. The bids are designed to address the City’s need to create a long-term and sustainable solid waste program.
The six proposals are from the following companies:
Waste Management Services
Carolina Energy Development
Gate City Waste Services LLC (MRR Solutions, WCA Waste Corp)
Republic Services
Advance Disposal
Waste Industries, Inc.
