The City of Greensboro is working with local developers to secure two new parking decks in downtown. The decks will support new jobs and increased activity in the downtown, as well as planned hotels and office buildings.
The City’s existing capacity use fee for new development may be replaced with a system development fee.
Greensboro City Council Authorizes Parking Deck Settlement Agreements
Once finished, the parking deck will provide an additional 850 public parking spaces to accommodate downtown businesses and visitors.
