Join us at the Vance Chavis Branch for our 4th Annual Cocoa and Crafts Ornament Party! Families will receive supplies to create up to four holiday decorations or ornaments. Everyone gets to drink hot cocoa with a couple of cookies, too! And there will be marshmallows for the hot cocoa. But will you use your marshmallows to decorate something, or will you eat them?
