Join us to learn about and experience the benefits of meditation and mindfulness on the mind and body. Sessions will begin with a brief discussion of the modalities of Meditation, Mindfulness and Reiki along with their impact on the body and value in stress management. Through a combination of self hand placements and group reiki flow, participants are guided through a 20-30 minute meditative state. Periodic takeaways will include tips and tools to enhance our personal practices. Feel free to bring a closed bottle of water and small snack to hydrate and ground yourself at the end of the session.
