Dr. Ryan Emanuel, Associate Professor in the Nicholas School of the Environment at Duke University, will share from his book and from his community engagement with Native American Tribes. Dr Emanuel is a Lumbee hydrologist who aims to amplify voices of Indigenous and other marginalized communities who shoulder disproportionate environmental burdens.
