These workshops are free with a suggested donation of $15. You can register for all the workshops  HERE.

Woundology 101 - "The Wound is Where the Light Enters"
September 15, 6:30-8:30 pm

Inspired by Rumi’s profound words, this workshop introduces participants to the concept of "woundology," and explores how the places of deepest pain can become sources of illumination. Through meditative grounding and guided expressive arts exercises in poetry and movement, participants will be encouraged to release their wounds as a source of identity but honor and embrace our woundedness both individually and collectively as entry points for personal growth and collective healing.

Transcendence - Transforming Wounds into Wisdom
September 22, 6:30-8:00 pm

Participants will play with words and the power of intention to transform their narratives, viewing past wounds as a source of wisdom and strength. Through storytelling and reflective writing, they will practice reclaiming their power by reframing their stories and turn personal pain into powerful narratives that fuel resilience and self-discovery.

Resilient Souls - Shaping Destiny Through Story and Folklore
