Candlefest is lighting up the Greensboro Arboretum—trust us, you’ve never seen cozy magic like this.

Wander through a stunning path of over 4,000 luminarias (thank you, Girl Scouts—you understood the assignment). Sip hot chocolate, roast a s’more or three, and enjoy music drifting through the garden all night long. Santa will be there too, because of course he heard it was the prettiest night of the season.

Admission is completely free with a donation of a non-perishable food item benefiting Greensboro Urban Ministry. Bundle up (or wear shorts, depending on what
