In this seminar you will learn about the three primary self-defense tools, Pepper Gel and Pepper Spray, Tactical Pens, and Tactical Flashlights. We will also demonstrate and practice defenses for the five most common attacks as well as what to do if confronted by a robber to avoid bodily harm.
All participants will take home a two-page self-defense outline. This class will be hands-on so wear comfortable clothes. It is suitable for all fitness levels and ages, teens through seniors.
Our instructor, Phillip Jones, has taught Taekwondo, Hapkido and self-defense since 1976 in Arizona, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and North Carolina.
