Karate is a great way for individuals to learn self-discipline, increase self-awareness, and build self esteem. This class, for youth and adults will teach the basics and fundamentals of karate with the opportunity to advance. You have the choice of taking this class on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7-8 pm or Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-7 pm. Register online here.
