The Guilford County Continuum of Care is the planning body in Guilford County that coordinates the community’s policies, strategies, and activities toward ending homelessness. The heart of the Guilford CoC is its membership. Membership in the CoC is open to any organization or individual that has an interest in the community-wide commitment to prevent and end homelessness in Guilford County. The CoC defines this commitment by the willingness to assist and impact the lives of people who are experiencing homelessness, as well as to prevent and end the socially important condition of homelessness. The Guilford County CoC includes all parts of Guilford County, North Carolina.
