This community park consists of 107 acres and has two playgrounds, fields and a large natural area.

The Declan's Playground offers more inclusive playground equipment - zero-gravity swings, a sensory climbing dome and a merry-go-all - to provide play opportunities for people with a wide range of abilities. Under a thin layer of mulch is an interlocking-open-grid tile path that is designed to make it easier for wheelchairs and strollers to get into the play area and access the benches, swings and other inclusive play features.

This playground project funded by the District 4 Participatory Budgeting Greensboro voters and the Declan Donoghue Foundation.

It is adjacent to the Greensboro Arboretum botanical garden.
