  • Monthly and hourly parking available.
  • Monday-Friday: First hour free, and then $1.50/hour, with a maximum daily rate of $15.
  • Monday-Friday: Starting at 7 pm, flat rate of $3.
  • Saturday: Flat rate of $3.
  • Sunday: Free
  • Monthly general rate is $114.
  • Monthly reserved parking rate is $149.

  • Electric vehicle charging stations available.

The Eugene Street parking deck sits on the corner of N. Eugene and Bellemeade streets. There are entrances and exits on Eugene and Bellemeade streets. **The deck entrance on Eugene Street is temporarily closed for nearby construction.

Payments are taken via credit or debit cards at the deck's entrance. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Cash payments may be made at the on-foot payment machine on the Bellemeade Street side of the deck.
