Monthly and hourly parking available Monday-Friday: First hour free, and then $1.50/hour, with a maximum daily rate of $15 Monday-Thursday: Starting at 7 pm, flat rate of $3. Friday: Starting at 6 pm, flat rate of $3. Saturday: Flat rate of $3. Sunday: Free until 7 pm. Monthly general rate is $114 Monthly reserved parking rate is $149. This parking deck sits on the corner of E. Market and N. Davie streets. It features entrances and exits onto both E. Market St. and N. Davie St. Payments are taken at the entrance to the deck and may be made with $1 bills, $1 coins, and quarters. Exact change is required at the machines; no change is given. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
